配套商业绕塔呈八卦布局，跌级屋顶是活动看台，各方向开细长的"裂谷"作场地入口。夜晚，通体乌黑的建筑如静默的灯塔，塔顶及底部的玻璃幕墙被点亮，致小说中敬如意棒两端的金箍。

The theme park, inspired by the legend of the Monkey King, has launched a design competition for a new landmark: a sightseeing tower named the "Divine Sea-Anchoring Needle."

The design features a cladding of raw iron panels, directly evoking the mythical 13,500-jin black iron described in the novel. The untreated steel is left to weather naturally, developing a distinctive texture under the coastal climate.

Surrounding the tower, the accompanying commercial complex is arranged in an octagonal layout. Its stepped rooftop serves as seating for events, while narrow slits provide discreet entryways. At night, the monolithic black giant transforms into a tranquil light tower — Its illuminated crown and base symbolizing the golden bands of the legendary relic.
